Due to the customized nature of our business, a number of factors can influence the exact shipping date of your order. As a general rule, customers can expect to receive their order 8-10 weeks after the order is placed.
What method of washing, drying, and ironing is recommended? TOP
Our fabrics are not preshrunk. We highly recommend washing garments in cold water, line drying, and using a warm iron as needed. Please note a hot iron may scorch cotton/poly fabrics!
How can I make sure I order the correct size? TOP
If possible, attend a trunk show and try the garments on your child. Otherwise, please refer to our size charts.
Can I change or cancel my order before I receive my shipment? TOP
We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their selections. However, due to custom orders on designs and sizes, we cannot allow changes or cancellation after your order has been placed.
Do you accept returns? TOP
Yes, We will gladly accept returns. Please return to the home page and click on the LHD Exchange Form for complete instructions.
What methods of payment do you accept? TOP
At Trunk Shows, we accept cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Online purchases are made with PayPal.
Do you sell gift certificates? TOP
We do sell gift certificates and will mail them to you or a designated individual typically within a week of order placement.
How do I host a Little Harp Designs trunk show? TOP
